The North American Association of Educational Negotiators (NAEN) is a network of educational management experts for effective employee relations.  NAEN members are management negotiators in K-12 school districts, community colleges, and universities.

As a member of the only international professional organization of educational negotiators, you can build a network of colleagues and experts to call when that insurmountable problem lands on your desk. An issue may be new to you, but someone in NAEN has probably dealt with a similar problem in the past.  There is a wealth of knowledge within NAEN waiting to be tapped. The NAEN Bulletin is our official publication about school district negotiations trends and issues. 

NAEN has members from the United States and  Canada (27% are from Canada).    NAEN, created in 1968, was formally incorporated in 1970 in Florida and has been serving as a network for management negotiators in school districts for the last 44 years.  We have a volunteer board of 11 members from across the U.S. and Canada. The board meets twice a year with our major business meeting at the annual conference.
